What texts are for
If the program is approved and enabled, Candys Custom Granite Countertops Inc may send low-volume customer-care texts to confirm a request, coordinate a callback or appointment, follow up on a quote, or answer questions about that submitted project. The initial message identifies Candys and includes STOP instructions; continuing messages remain within the consented project-care subject.
Consent is optional
A customer consents only by choosing the separate, unchecked SMS box and providing the phone number that should receive messages. Consent is not required to buy, submit the form, request a quote, or receive a phone call. Project-care consent is not consent to advertising, financing, review incentives, or another campaign, and it cannot be sold, rented, or transferred.
How opt-in works
The SMS checkbox remains unchecked until the customer chooses it. Candys may keep a private record of the phone number, checkbox state, form and policy URLs, policy version or last-updated date, timestamp, language, related lead, and later opt-out or re-opt-in event so the business can show what consent was collected.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies by project and customer conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of future project texts from the SMS sender. Candys also treats any reasonable, clear request to stop as a revocation. Reply HELP for help, or use the phone and email shown on this page. Candys or its provider may send one final confirmation of the opt-out; no later customer SMS may be sent unless the customer gives new affirmative consent.
Do not text sensitive information
Customers should not send payment card numbers, IDs, passwords, medical information, tax records, or other sensitive records by text. Candys may move a conversation to phone, email, written quote paperwork, or another safer process when needed.
SMS privacy
Candys does not sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information. Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The approved messaging provider may process them only to operate the Candys program.
Project-only scope
Customer SMS is limited to the project request and related customer care. Financing offers, review incentives, ads, or unrelated promotions require separate review before they can be sent by text.
