This page contains review-stage policy copy. It is not final legal, warranty, guarantee, privacy, or SMS policy language until the owner and attorney approve it.
Customer SMS remains disabled until provider registration, owner approval, and attorney-approved policy language are complete.
What texts are for
Candys may send texts to confirm a request was received, coordinate a callback or appointment, follow up on a quote, or answer project-specific questions. SMS is not used for unrelated third-party offers.
Consent is optional
Checking the SMS box and providing a phone number means the customer agrees to receive project text messages from Candys Custom Granite. Consent is not required to buy anything, request a quote, or receive a phone call.
How opt-in works
The SMS checkbox should be unchecked until the customer chooses it. Candys may keep a private record of the phone number, opt-in choice, page, time, language, and related lead so the business can show how consent was collected.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies by project and customer conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of future project texts from the SMS sender. Candys also treats a clear request to stop text messages as an opt-out request. Reply HELP for help, or use the phone and contact options shown on this website. After an opt-out, Candys must not send more customer SMS unless the customer chooses to opt in again.
Do not text sensitive information
Customers should not send payment card numbers, IDs, passwords, medical information, tax records, or other sensitive records by text. Candys may move a conversation to phone, email, written quote paperwork, or another safer process when needed.
SMS privacy
Candys does not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information. Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Project-only scope
Customer SMS is limited to the project request and related customer care. Financing offers, review incentives, ads, or unrelated promotions require separate review before they can be sent by text.
